ABOUT US
Tesori-Italy is the passion of four Dutch friends, not just another business. We all care deeply for the beautiful Borgo that Montefiore dell’Aso is. With our small scale initiative we would like to contribute in a sustainable way to the preservation of the historic centre and to the quality of life in the borgo.
The Le Marche region, and especially the southern province of Ascoli Piceno, have captured our hearts with its gentle rolling hills, pure lifestyle, and friendly people. For us it’s where we have found peace of mind and a new way of life, new friendships, and inspiration. We sincerely hope that you will come and share this passion with us.

Constance van Wetering
Founder and co-owner
With a good deal of management and format development experience under her belt, Constance initiated Tesori-Italy. All her experience and love for Italy are combined in this concept of preserving, promoting and sharing the beauty of Montefiore dell’Aso. She is also a great animal lover and has taken on the care of a large colony of the village cats.
Bert Jacobs
Co-owner
As a passionate artist and decorator, Bert not only creates contemporary paintings in his studio in Montefiore dell’Aso, but he also devotes himself to guarding the look and feel in all our projects. His many years of experience in down-to-earth marketing keeps us well grounded.
Anja Heurkens
Co-owner
Anja’s love and passion for nature, art, culture, photography and interior design, and years of experience in hospitality and people management all come together in the projects in our beloved Montefiore dell’Aso.
Paul van Boekholt
Co-owner
Experienced international business manager and entrepreneur with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing & Communication, and Project Management. After his first encounter with Italy, 40 years ago, he was immediately sold and dreamed of living in Italy one day. That’s how it all happened.
